Something you received doesn't fit right? No worries! 

We understand sometimes things don’t work out. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange up to 30 days after the original purchase for a refund, store credit, or merchandise exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return - the items must be NEW/UNUSED condition and contain the original tags and packaging

The packaging that contains your item must be returned undamaged to receive full credit. In the event an item is returned and not in new/unused condition or the packaging is damaged - the item may be ineligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Warm Winds does not refund any shipping charges on returned merchandise,. This means the amount of the refund or store credit will be the purchase total for the product, less the shipping. 

Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for returns to be processed once it arrives at the shop. 

Note: Returns are not accepted on used/consignment products, women's bikini bottoms or one-piece swimsuits,  or products purchased on clearance.  

How to Start a Return


To arrange a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team [email protected] as soon as possible, marking the subject line "Return" along with your order ID. 

It is very important to provide the order number, as well as your name, address, phone number and email address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem with the items is necessary.

Once our CS team processes, you will be sent a returns ID. This returns ID must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. Please use this return ID in all correspondence.

You must arrange for, and pay the cost of, shipping the returned item/s

The item/s are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the item/s or their packaging. We strongly recommend you return your item/s by insured,  as Warm Winds will not be liable for any lost or damaged returned item/s.

Wetsuit Returns/Exchanges


As one of the premier wetsuit dealers in the Northeast US, our goal is to ensure that the wetsuit you order from us fits you perfectly and will work for the water temperatures you are surfing. Please check out our wetsuit guide, which includes a wetsuit sizing chart that should help you choose the right size. When you're ready to go, order the wetsuit of your choice and we will ship it to you.

If the wetsuit does not fit - simply follow the guidance above (How to Start a Return) to coordinate a replacement size. Once we receive the wetsuit back in NEW/UNUSED condition, we will ship you the correct size.

In the event that we do not have the suit needed in stock, and the vendor is currently out of stock as well, we will refund the purchase (less shipping if applicable).

Rules: 

Wetsuit must not hit the water and must be in new condition when sending back. 

All tags must be present on the suit prior to sending back. 

Please keep the suit hung in a dry place until you are ready to box it up and ship. Any rips or tears incurred when trying on the wetsuit will make the suit not be returnable or able to exchange - so please be careful when trying on.
